Refund policy

Our guarantee is that if you are not completely satisfied with any of Ugly Mug products due to damage or quality then we will issue you a full refund, replacement or exchange of the product. We may provide a return shipping label for the product.

Incorrect Product

If we have shipped you the wrong product as indicated in your invoice, then we will provide you a replacement at no cost to you.

If you have placed an incorrect order or made a mistake and the order has been delivered, then we will allow refund of the product. You will need to ship the unopened product back to us at your cost. Once the product has been received then we will issue you a full refund of the product.

Shipping Damage

Please look at your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective. Take a picture of the outside of the box before it is opened and a picture of any specific damage of the product. Please provide the tracking number of the shipment and the carrier. Once you notify us at shipping@uglymugcoffee.com we will send you a replacement of the product.
